The Last Horror Movie

I just bought this movie the other day and saw it yesterday. It was one of the best movies I have seen in a LONG time. I would highly recomend this movie to anyone. It's only 1 hour and 15 mins, but it was brilliant.

For those that didn't see it, a short synapsis of it is:

The movie starts out like a typical slasher movie. About 3 mins into the movie there is a break in the action and switches over to someone talking into the camera. Turns out a serial killer has taped over this movie so people that take it out of the video store can see it. He tapes himself killing people and bringing up ideas about why people are watching this "horror" movie. It is shot documentary style. there are some great questions brought up and it done very well.

If you haven't seen it yet, go get it.

yes it is

Loved it! it's something new but sort of in the spirit of old school low budget horror. the actors, especially Kevin Howarth, did a great job creating the sense of reality, that the things that you saw were really happening. 75 minutes may seem quite short yes, but it's not really that bad. Actually I think this film might have not worked as well as it did, if it had been longer.
Brilliant, highly recomend it!

I agree, any longer and it wouldn't have worked. I loved the smirk at the end of the movie. Very creepy. This is what the horror genre has been missing. Great acting, great directing and a great script. I'm going to try to find more stuff from these guys. Such a great movie.

Nope, this was realesed in 2003.
