Scar Of Dracula

Has anyone seen the Hammer Horror movie Scar Of Dracula with Christopher Lee and a very young Dennis Waterman?
I purchased it the other night and watched it striaght away...it is a good movie but the bads are so fake and i was under the impression that vampires could be burnt to death...
Any thoughts

For all its faults, Scars of Dracula does contain one of the more memorable scenes in a Hammer vampire film: Dracula scaling a wall just as Stoker described it ("just as a lizard moves"). But Chris Lee himself apparently hated the production.

you are correct, Lee scaling the wall was the coolest scene in the movie. The character Simon played by Waterman completely sucked as did the character Paul, his brother. I have all the Hammer Dracula's and this one was below average.....imo :(

The Man with the Golden Gun, yes indeed. Not to mention Count Dooku, Saruman the White, Rochefort in the Four Musketeers, an impressive turn at Sherlock Holmes, and more. Chris Lee is the real deal. Up there with the great character actors of all time.
