this sounds like something I've wanted for quite a while. although I like the original so much, I kinda hate for ANY sequels to exist, even if they are good. The Heretic and The Beginning were two of the most disheartening films I've ever seen (the Beginning moreso than the Heretic).

Who said I'm part of that site? Maybe I just think they have killer content.

I agree. The Heretic was bad, but Harlin's movie was so much worse.

According to EKM, Schrader's version will more than make up for it. I can't wait.
