Oh man! That really sucks! Not only was he one of the brightest young comedians, but he was from my hometown too and we don't get many celebrities from here. This is waaaaay before his time. I wonder if it was drug related?

apparently he was way off the deep end with drugs towards the end. Couple people were saying they saw him at a stand up thing recently and it basically amounted to him rambling on stage for an hour. Plus, he talked about him doing drugs in his standup thing. Granted, that's not proof that he DID drugs, but still...

I dunno if I've ever seen any of his work. I'm sorry for your loss there, Sammy.

Hahaha.....he sounds like he was pretty funny. I may have to check it out.

I remember once I saw him on Comedy Central, he was talking about Pringles.

"I think Pringles original idea was to sell tennis balls."

It took me about 3 days to figure it out.

All this crying over Terry Schiavo (where did all the Terry threads disappear to anyway? lol) when Mitch Hedberg dies. :( Mitch made me laugh, Terry just layed there. God's a bastard, he knew I wouldn't care about Schiavo so he did this just to piss me off.

I don't know.... I really hope this isn't real. It is going to be April Fool's tomorrow....

Of course a comedian would die around april fool's. God has a sick sense of humor.
