i love horror movie's with chicks getting there period.

Me too - especially when you see all the blood and that and they get humiliated and end up killing there class mates in revenge.

The ending of Carrie is legendary, not least because of the closing music-riff - if you listen to it, it's not of the sudden crashing-shock variety, more one of DePalma's tributes to Hitchcock with subtle but sinister cello/piano notes to end the film and leave the viewer superbly unsettled.

I think the movie is great but the book is so damn better.

Brian De Palma is a great director..and with "Carrie" he proves it...

One of my all time favorites, a truly great film, with a great ending.

I just put it together that "carrie" was the crazy woman in the Ring 2.
