Okay, I just got cable.....I mean just got it....like 5 minutes ago! The guy came pounding on my door at 9:30am just to auto program my TV, so I'm a little tired and crabby now seeing as I just went to sleep 4 hours ago.


Question is......I haven't really watched TV of any kind in a very long time, what shows are good anymore?

I like watching BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, ANGEL, THE DEAD ZONE, CSI And HEADLINERS AND LEGENDS.

Yeesh! Is it really that bad? I haven't watched anything still......I guess I need to get used to it being there.

I'll give it a month, if it sucks that bad, then it's gone.......I got a really good deal from the guy though:(

Anyone know if this season of South Park is any good? I know I like that one. Still wednesday's?

South Park's season ended in December with one of their best episodes ever. The next season starts March IIRC.


Lost. That alone should be reason enough to keep cable. Other than that, a lot of it depends on taste. Cartoon Network shows some good anime if you're into that, they've got some good non-anime shows, too (Aqua Teen, Sea Lab, etc.). There's Sundance and IFC channels, movie channels, On Demand if you've got digital, TV Land shows Welcome Back Kotter, IIRC, stuff like that. Not knowing what kind of shows you like makes it kinda difficult to recommend anything. Except Lost. Lost owns you.

When and where does it come on? Lost that is.

Wednesdays from 7-8 on ABC. But I wouldn't bother unless someone you know has been taping it and you can catch up. If that's not the case, just wait until this season ends and they replay the whole thing over the break.

I AM the queen of reruns......hey, does Tru Calling still come on anywhere? I actually liked that show
