Unknown name 70/80's movie??
 

Hi all,


I am looking for a the name of movie. I am not sure when it came out maybe late 70's early 80's. I was maybe 10 or so at the time. I also saw it on TV. The movie went something like this: An alien crashed landed and some guy saw it crash (Something like that)? Well he finds some kind of necklace and puts it on and turns into and alien/creature/monster and he goes around and kills people with this bazooka looking gun. Now he has a spot on his chest where if the necklace touches it then it will turn him into this alian/creature/monster. I remeber one specific scene where him and his girlfriend are sleeping she wakes and see this spot on his chest and touches the necklace on it and turns into the monster while he is still sleeping. Well that is best I can remeber. So thanks inadvance for everyones help.

That sounds a little bit like The Guyver but I'll think a bit longer on it and see what I come up with.

This sounds a bit like "Laserblast" from 1978. I saw the movie when I was a kid, and I can't remember all the details. I do remember the aliens and bazooka thing. Hope this helps!

Like I said I saw this movie when I was about 10 back in the late 70's early 80's. LOL somewhere around there. It scared the crap out of me. I remeber watching it on TV. I also remember the big hand grenade like necklace too. I'll have to buy it now on DVD.

Glad I could help. If I remember correctly, the aliens in the ship featured some bad clay-mation type footage. Now I'll have to track it down and watch it again! LOL

Yup as corny as it is.. I fucking love it.... do you like conan/she/amazon/beastmaster, etc...??? ya know the fantasy type movies...??

Hell yeah, Conan is a freakin' classic and The Beastmaster...don't even get me started. It's one of my favs. from Don Coscarelli. Also, Legend, Excalibur, and Krull are all badass. Love the fantasy genre.
