While I am here....

I am sure you guys have done polls and had previous threads about this, I did find one and read through it.

Being now 31 years old and having watched many horror films, I am really stumped to find anything that can even raise a heart beat.

I started buying some of the older stuff that would scare me as a kid, but it dont work when your older :(

I haven't seen everything and started thinking maybe the scariest horror film is still out there waiting for me to see it.

When I was younger, the fog gave me a lot of nightmares, but I think that was just becuase I watched it at about 10 or 11.

Any good sugesstions please?

I already have a fairly nice dvd collection of what I call classics, like all the Halloweens, Nightmare on Elmstreets, Friday 13ths, Re-animators, both Ring and (Ringu <- disappointed in this film) , TCM, Etc.

Even some of the more weird stuff like Braindead and From Beyond.

So, any great suggestions?

Thanks Andy

How about "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things"? That one still works and gives creepy EC-style chills.

Speaking of chills, I'm gonna get me a chilly one out of the fridge.

Cheers!

don't worry about scary, worry about good

then disregard it from the conversation

I would suggest looking into some of the more rare and grotesque films out there. There are alot of great Jap. Shock films inclding the infamous Guinea Pig Films, and some of the Cannibal films... poke around
