Searching for a title from the early 70s
 

The movie I figure was between 1972- 1977 (at the latest, though I really don't think it was later than 1975). I was between 2 and 7 years old. My parents went to the drive in to see this movie and yet they can't remember it. All I do remember is that at one point a girl was on the phone and she said she had to go cause her boyfriend was there. She ran outside to the car that he was drivivg. It was a yellow or white VW Bug. When she opened the passenger side door she realized it wasn't her boyfriend. Then My memory takes me to an old brick or stone building that he brought her to. He had her tied up and dragged her on the ground outside this building. As he was dragging her outside there was a mutilated dog there as well. That is all I remember about this movie and I would really like to see it or at least know the title. Can anybody help me...I have been going nuts for years over this.

sounds like your parents might not have been able to find a sitter and was hoping you were sleeping in the backseat when they went to that alternative lifestyles drive in theater. and that could also be the reason why the "dont remember" the title ......

but Im sure that if the movie has a name, someone here will know what it is and clue ya in eventually....
