Help With The Film Title?
 

basically the plot of the story is that the mansion house is in love with girl that lives there and kills anyone that gets close to her (even her parents). v. bizarre i know

it was v. scary with the house murdering people and the scary music coming on!!! and also quite bloody when the mirror smashed itself and sent shards of glass flying into a man!!!!

I think that it was 70s Film

A few other bits I remember as I don't think it is any of the above

there is a woman on her own - tho i think her housekeeper lived there before she was killed

then her boyfriend comes to stay with her

the librarian gets killed when she tries to visit - the electric gates close on her and her car and crush her to death
the housekeeper gets blown into the pool and drowns
the boyfriend survives at the end
