NOT horror, but...
 

is anyone psyched at all that they're making a sin city movie ? i'm a big fan of frank miller's, and to think he's directing this with robert rodriguez... it all seems quite promising. *crosses fingers in hopes that they don't screw up*

holy. crap. I didn't know there was going to be a Sin City movie. It's gonna suck. Frank Miller is genius. By the way, if anyone wants to buy some rare Sin City comics, get in touch. Also by the way, someone told me that there was a small indie movie based on V for Vendetta. I know there's the band, but I haven't heard of the movie anywhere.

no one's heard of this ? they're doing it in black and white, 3 comics in one movie, which calls for a big casting : mickey rourke (as marv), jessica alba, rosario dawson, maria bello, michael madsen, bruce willis, benicio del toro, elijah wood, michael clarke duncan,, alexis bledel, brittany murphy, nick stahl...

c'mon doesn't it look promising ? *still crossing fingers* :p

@ HB : frank miller's sin city is a comic, and a bloody great one. you should check it out. and also prey they don't screw up "elektra" (but after daredevil, not holding my breath) which is also supposed to be in production.

I am looking forward to this, but I hear its been done in a very similar way to "Sky Captain and the world of tommorow" ... which could mean its going to suck!

yeah i heard the same... it appears they are literally trying to make the comic come to life, which means same shots and angles as in the comic, all in black&white, except for certain characters ( like yellow bastard... )... so yeah. still looking forward to it though.

yeah,i'm on it!if it's frank miller it'll be worth watching.the only thing that turned my stomach though was micky rourke as marv...that just does'nt seem right.the only movie that he ever starred in that was worth a shit(at least in my mind)was "year of the dragon."

...that being said...i'll cross the fingers too.

It has my future wife in it, which is enough for me.
