Did you guys think this movie was any good because its at the pawn shop for pretty cheap and i was thinking of buying it....

it's a classic BAD lugosi film. bad acting, bad story, bad effects.

i loved it.

its a good story and entertaining. How much they selling it for

$3 on VHS, $6 on DVD

well i payed 3.00 for mine on dvd plus it had white zombie with it (another must have bela movie)

They are both great classic movies--The quality will be bad on either medium--White Zombie was a very early talkie.

I'll pick it up. I mean hell i need some new movies. Plus i dont stumble over Lugosi movies every day so

do you have a suncoast or a best buy near you

if so they sell alot of multi movie packs like 17 movies for 10.00 (yeah thats right i own it) theyve got alot of lugosi films

They sell some of those at the pawn shop. Like Dementia 13 and Devil Bat and Queen Wasp and so fourth

I read somewhere that Lugosi said he could not bear to watch this movie (White Zombie) on TV.Because it reminded him that he played the role for only $800 and the movie made millions.

There is a colorized version of White Zombie about--I've got the color on VHS and the B/W on DVD.

You know, I enjoy colorized films--I have several colorized versions of things, including a colorized KING KONG and a colorized NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. They don't replace the original versions, that's for sure!, but they are a nice chance of pace sometimes.

it's a lugosi flick.......nuff said, lugosi was a great actor, 99% of his films are worth owning, my fave lugosi film (and his final film as he died making it) is Ed Woods Plan 9 from Outer Space, but the devil bat is a good old film which is worth the money....but thats just my opinion...

For $3 you can't pass it up............

Byt he sound of it I DVD collection of that guy. I got for my Brithday It has both Devil BAt and White zombie on it, plus 9 movies. So I';m wathcing both of those meantion tonight and see what there like.
