Ooooooooo lord i watched this last night and the only good thing about this movie was that it was fucking hilarious. But i wouldnt consider it a horror movie

Definetly can't take this movie seriously, but I found it really entertaining. The final fight between Freddy and Jason was great, so was the ending. Some parts were so cheesy they were funny, but if the movies going for some laughs you need that type of stuff. Thumbs up in my book.

I loved it. Though they should've gave Freddy more kills. I loved both the ending fight scene and the dream fight scene. To me this movie wasn't as much Horror as Comedy but still I rank it as Horror. A must see at that. This movie is on my Top Five List. Freddy kicked Jason's ass. But what else could be expected?

When I first saw the movie I was disappointed, but when I watched it again I realised how good it was. You can't take it too seriously, its meant to be funny! And Jason so kicked Freddy's ass like I knew he would! :D

I really liked Jason X but I didn't really dig UberJason. I dunno, I mean it was pretty cool but it just didn't feel like I was watching Jason after that part... more like Robo Cop from hell. :)

That makes 2 of us. I thought it wouldve been more horror based, so i came up dissapointed

yeah a bit hard to swallow on the seriousness front. I still loved it though, a great blast. still can't say i didn't expect more though.

what happens when dumb fucks try to modernize classic characters and make a horror movie that caters to the majority of society, who happen to be brainless, trend-following, pop-culterized fucktards? this movie. there were more fake tits than a fuckin porn, freddy's makeup and teeth just looked fake and plastic, there wasn't a storyline (which is by no means a necessity for a horror movie, but this one had no redeeming factors!) and the 25-year-old kids couldn't act worth a shit. going to see this movie was a big waste of my time and money.
on another note: freddy's better than jason.

I think that Freddy VS Jason was about as good as it could have been because it appealed to everyone from the hardcore fans to the people who were new to the series. I really like it, sure I could nitpick about stuff like the acting and the few corny scenes, but the movie more than made up for these scenes with stunning visuals and at certain times creepy sequences. Sure it was no Wes Craven's New Nightmare, but it was still a good movie. I was very satisfied with the outcome, although Freddy could have had more kills.

As i've said on a previous thread, i went to see this at the flicks for a bit of fun and thought it was ok. Some wanka sittin next to me was all disapointed and shit cos he was lookin for the 'artistic content' and 'cinematography' an all that shit. This aint Forrest Gump y'kmow. And when have any of the '25-year-old kids' been able to act in these movies anyway??

Point is........funny bits, killings, death to dizzy people who fuckin desreve it, good metal sound track..........good stuff!!!

However.......my girlfriend fell asleep during it but her fave film is that one about the bird who can dance and goes to school in the hood or somethin.........she's got no taste.

not every movie is perfect. they all have there flaws and set backs
