I'm talking true love. How many people here have ever experienced true love? Are you still with that person? Did you even get a chance to be with that person? Do you find yourself comparing everyone else that you date with that person?

I experienced true love just once ... but it didn't work. I caught her planning to cheat on me. She's tried to win me back since, but I just couldn't. I'm married to someone else now, and it is love ... but it is not the same. I really don't think you can love someone as much as the first person you truly fell in love with. Don't get me wrong, I am happy in my marriage. I am attracted to my wife, and we get along like best friends. But ... it is not the same.

long story short : my bf and i broke up a couple of weeks ago, and i was afraid that it would be hard to find someone to love just as much as i loved him.

"was afraid" because stingy just confirmed that !! lol thanks stingy !!!!! :p

Well I loved a guy named Tony, He and I met in H.S. and dated off and on through school, But when we Graduated he didn't want nothing to do with me... Then last year he moved back here and came in to where I worked and my heart just dropped, I felt that feeling all over again, He recognized me and asked the usual questions, was I married, any children, and so on, well we hooked back up and 9 months later, he decided I wasn't good enough for him and jumped on the first girl available... Did I mention we were engaged? Oh well It's taking me some time to get over it...:(

I know the feeling. I dated a girl, my first and only true love, throughout junior high and high school. We started in 7th grade, and finally broke up (for the last time) in 11th grade. She cheated on me multiple times, though by "cheating" I mean kissing/making out. We never had sex the entire time we were dating.

Well, the DAY after we broke up, she has sex.. with my best friend. Needless to say, I wanted to kill him.

I'm not posting my pictures no more, some one called me a name when I posted a tummy picture...

Don't let them get to you. Don't let other people's opinions of you affect your own self image and self esteem. That's what they want to happen when they do things like that.

Ive been in love before. But it always passes and i always end up sad in the end so is love really worth it or am i just a retard and give up. Any who ive had a lot of "crushes" on girls but it all seems to pass. At least we end up "friends" in the end....
