what does beefcake mean

someone mght say, "thats guys a beefcake" i.e he's strong,wellbuilt, butch, overpowering or just big presence around people

Or, it may be something like a steak and kidney pie?

duno about that one, we've always called pie........ er well pie :D our pies are chunks of meat with gravy a veg inside.

I thought Beefcake was a US invention, all mashed up beef with veg and nuts patted into a log shape and roasted.:)

it tends to be classed as an old grannies pudding in the Uk, but soak loads of drink in with sponges, and it's super at bbq's & parties.

hahaha munchies, reminds me, back in my student days house, we had a cupboard which was stocked full of crisps and snacks, especially for this occasion, no one was allowed to take anything from it, except for munchie session:D

Beer gives me the munchies..... Eating munchies makes me hungry.... Eating food makes me want a beer.

It's a vicious cycle. This is why I am 6'2" and 240 lbs, rather than 195 like i was 3 years ago.... :)
