I don't really have one thing that iu hate the most. when people shut the dorrs, go upstairs, and think they are safe.

I hate everything that deals with cults and religion. I don't particulary despise those in real life, I just don't like the tone of a movie that revolves around it.

Exorcist was the only one that I liked, but even then, the priests get on my nerve. Religion conquers all is worse in my book than love conquers all.

well religion didn't conquer all in that movie... both priests died and reagan survived with no knowlege...

Basically, I like it when there is some beating involved in killing a character. For that reason, I also hate it when a certain artifact kills evil. Makes it too easy. The Terminator is a perfect exemple of hard work into killing a vilain.

movies with lead roles with women who have read one to many equal oppitunitiy diatribe. i hate those bitches. or whe na woman knocks a man out with one hit. and seeing the directors face in some glass like in 13 ghost

Spoken like a true Protestant. I also hate when the good guy wins and the bad guy loses. Thats why I never ever ever ever watched Power Rangers. THe good guys always win and the bad guy always lose. Sad. So predictible. So old. The bad guy should win. No happy ending. Thats one good thing about Jeepers Creepers. No happy ending. The bad guy won.

Oh, and when they make it look to damn cheesy and load it up with stupid and/or "humor" stuff. Like Army of Darkness. That was a sad, pathetic excuse of a Horror movie. Not even worth a penny.

damn it ... army of darkness is a supernatural comedy/dark comedy which is still a small subclass of horror in my book... but there is no arguing when someone won't even watch evil dead all the way through .. lol :)

oh and by the way freddy... the bad guy lost in the nightmare series... every time... do you hate the nightmares.. NOOOOO... why... because movies can still be awesome when the protagonist wins.. like halloween, alien series, nightmare series, evil dead series... oh yea

If they die and come back thanks to a curse or something, its... alright, but I hate the fact they died. Like Chucky, he died. But he came back by magic in BoC. Freddy can't die. You should know that.

Same here, unless the protagonist is the bad guy. Sometimes it is, but no likely.

Usually the protagonist "wins", but you always get that twist at the end where you see that the bad guy isnt really defeated....

I dont mind protagonists winning, as long as their lives are horribly altered by the events in the movie.

I hate teens in horror movies. Especially when their played by 25 and 30 year olds. CGI, give me Stan Winston or Tom Savini any day

ummmmm...actually.....what would a horror be without stupid people walking into their demise........it is used over and over......I like a surprise element better than one that you are expecting! That was why The Eye was so scary!

I also hate bad actresses just cast because they will do a nude scene......notice how you rarely ever see them in another movie?
