whats your favorite horror anime?
 

i like the Vampire Hunter: D movies than theres the ghost in the shell movie which there coming out with a sequal later this year but theres Akira thats a very good movie any of you heard of the anime Twilight of the dark master?

I've never seen it it, but by the short clips and pictures I've seen from Vampire Hunter D, I pick it to be my favorite. Also Spawn. Spawn is awesome.

Oh shit..I LOVE Spawn...But, I actually like the live-action movie MUCH better than the series..I sure do wish that they would make another one...They make WAY too damned many sequals for movies that SHOULDN'T have any (Leprechaun:rolleyes: ), Yet they won't give me the selected few that I want...Bastards:mad:

Bought Akira today, fucking amazing...

the Evangeleon movie blows anything else away, not exactly horror, but certainly HORRIBLE, Bloodlust and Ghost in the shell are great (cant wait for the sequal as you mentioned)..

yah im going to get the dvd boxset of the series when i make some money but Akira is a god among most animes of that type

The spawn movie is a JOKE compared to the hardcore comic. The only thing that made it watchable was John Liguezamo as Violater....fucking PITIFUL. There is no way you can make a decent spawn movie PG-13, its about HELL, i mean come on....completely watered down to sell to younger kids, its a shame really....

Yeah I think I may go buy Akira tonight myself.

your right the spawn movie is nothing but a joke but spawn2 is good its animated like the series on hbo and its rated R its much better than the first one and man you should buy Akira its a great anime but get it on dvd i really enjoy the spawn mini-series curse of the spawn im hoping to get the comics. i have a few now so im looking forward to it

Well, I loved it. The anime movies may have been bad but I loved the real movie.

im not saying the Spawn movie was bad but pg-13? that is a joke what the hell where they thinking yah spawn was a good movie

I didnt get to watch alot of the hbo series, but im trying to download them now to see if i like them enough to buy. Im kinda going on an anime kick and downloading any anime i think might possibly be cool.

It was released "pg-13" in the theater, the home release has added footage added back in, thus the R rating...and THUS me seeing it at 14 with my brother in the theater...


But really, what footage was added, i watched the home version and it REALLY didnt seem to have ANYTHING more hardcore added:confused:

i had started watching some documentary on it, afer the movie, (before dvds came out)

anyway said something like they had to cut down on all the cussing. so it really wasnt the violence, just the language. i did remember wtaching it thinking 'wouldnt fuck have worked much better'

yeah, but what I've seen of La Blue Girl has mostly been girls getting fucked by tentacles. There is, of course, the possibility that other tentacle fucking anime clips have been attributed to La Blue Girl on KaZaA, but I can't say for sure.
