Robert "Freddy" Englund (Most famous for: Freddy from all the Nightmare on Elm Streets, Wes Craven's New Nightmare, and Freddy VS Jason.)

Heather Landicamp (Most famous for: Nancy fron Nightmare on Elm Steet, Nightmare on Elm Street 3, and Wes Cravens New Nightmare.)

Compared to everyone but kane yeah he did do a good job also heather is really great and very underrated

As for a female...I can't think of any because it seems they PURPOSELY make them bubbleheaded and completely irrelevant...If I HAD to choose though, Geena Davis is the only actress that I can respect...and if you say "But, she isn't a HORROR actress"...I will say, "The Fly":) :cool:

Like Bloodrayne says they don't get the best roles in Horror, but I would say Pam Grier and Jennifer Tilly

tilly did the voice in bride of chucky, grier was in scream blacula scream....hardly a genre career.

I know, but other than obscure italian and english actress's Im not sure any horror actress has really made a mark on me in the same way that I remember those actors!!!

Grier was in "Ghosts of mars" as well as "Something wicked this way comes" and "Bones"

Cushing,Lee,Price, all classic examples of good actors. Bruce Cambell......ehh, I wouldn't call him a horror actor, sure the first EvIL Dead was more horror [ but he kinda sucked in that was, as far as his acting abilitys. ]but the other two were more comedy.

Female---Linnea Quigley, OK not much for acting but nice cans.
Barbara Crampton, once again....the cans.

Yes. Dead. Died of Cancer. You could really tell that he was getting there in Edward Scissorhands. He just looked all kinds of warn down. I miss him. We were gonna make babies.
