What I've Been Up To - Photo Thread
Most of you don't know me from Adam, some of you remember me from about 4 years ago when I was last posting here..
In my absence I'd been doing a lot of travelling, writing and photography for Fangoria Magazine, as well as making a couple of LOW budget horror flicks. I was thinking - if anyone is interested - I could post a bunch of photos here - give you a look at some of the things I've been working on. Band photography, set photography, some interview photography and a lot shot at conventions. (I had my own column re conventions that I finally gave up when I realized that I never wanted to go to another convention again :) ) Still - I amassed a ton of interesting photos. If there is any interest I can start popping them in here - if not - understood and I wont bother .. no worries either way |
I'm very interested to see 'em!
Burnt yourself out on conventions huh? |

I had to grow a beard for our second film - Queen of Blood ..
my pal Brenden grew one too - but we both had to shave them because the money took so long to come through (I had to eventually grow mine again) before we shaved them off we went to his trailer and took a few pics for laughs .. |

You're definitely living the dream man!
Great shot of Kevin Van Hentenryck and Angus Scrimm. Priceless expressions ::big grin:: Would love to see Alice Cooper one day I'm a big fan. |
it was a lot of fun but i definitely got stretched a little too thin for a while
there wasnt a moment outside of my regular soul crushing job where i wasnt writing or editing photos for someone or something. i'll still do the odd thing here and there but i'm enjoying my free time again |

Excellent. Great to see Mark enjoying the company of horror's best glitterati. Proud moments for both Dad and son.

one of my favourite photos.
I did 3 interviews with Art Hindle - for a fango piece. The last one was at his home .. where i got this shot. Art is wearing the same coat he wore in Black Christmas (and a Canadian Hockey Film called Face Off) |

This is Tony Burgess, the writer who penned the novel that Pontypool was based on.
Shot this on a set visit and he liked it so much he uses it all the time, including the back cover of his last book.. |
