I'm getting hitched. It's been a long time in the planning and I am past my daily panic attack so I'm actually allowing myself to get excited.

Awww - Thank you everyone for your well-wishes!! The night was absolutely incredible - We got married in a farmhouse in Northern Mass - the ceremony was short and sweet and we both wrote our own vows - I never knew that Mark was so eloquent - I'm going to need to find out a clever way to frame the vows - He made me cry!

We had live guitar and trumpet to walk down the aisle to (my Mom gave me away), jazz trio for the cocktail hour, and then 50s and classic rock for dinner and reception. Our first dance was "At Last" and then we danced to Neutral Milk Hotel toward the end of the night ("Aeroplane Over the Sea") - "Road to Nowhere" was our final song of the evening. :D The weather was beautiful, the bar was open, there was LOTS of dancing and I was surrounded by lots of damn good people.

I'll definitely post pics as they come in (my photographer said there's a 6-month turnaround time!!) - Here's one of me getting tied into my dress by my Maid of Honor.

Costa Rica was, in a word, Awesome. We stayed in a small Vegan Yoga retreat (heh - We're actually not Vegan nor yogis; we just wanted peace and quiet) - The food was incredible and the only ones there were us and another couple, also on their Honeymoon. We hiked one of the national parks, went white water rafting, and horseback riding to a waterfall. Having a hard time adjusting to being back.

And here i was waiting for my invite and plane ticket. Could've let me know ahead of time Chrono :rolleyes:
