The Horror Movie Leading Characters Tournament
When we had a Supporting Characters tourney, it's only fitting to compliment it with a Leading Characters tourney as well. I have been preparing this for quite some time now, as per requests from fellow HDC members alkytrio666, ferretchucker & Dante'sInferno.
Now is the best time for it (I hope). I have put a limitation for the tournament though - only ONE lead per film. That way it will allow us to have a bit more diversity in the tourney and, let's admit it, there's always ONE lead character which gets to hog the limelight AND the movie (there being very, very few exceptional films which score otherwise). Sorry folks, no mainstream/popular villains here. The lead could be an anti-hero/anti-heroine/villainous character, but pure villains get their fair share of attention (and threads/tournament). Not here. This will start later in the day. Let the anticipation begin! |

Finally.
The Gateway guy left my home about 30 minutes ago, restoring my DSL and internet. Except for Facebook and IMDB, no other site was opening in my computer for the past 5-odd days, not even Google. Anyway, all that is fixed. We shall start this later in the day. Apologies for the delay due to circumstances which were purely beyond my control. |
