who here likes the leprechaun moves?

I like them mainly because the leprechaun is such an awesome villain.

Jigsaw Killer 08-11-2012 08:50 PM

I've seen them all but the fourth. It's a fun series, just cheesy fun to watch.

wizard of gore 08-11-2012 09:13 PM

Elvis_Christ 08-11-2012 09:35 PM

Ferox13 08-12-2012 03:50 AM

The 2nd one is on my rotation for Paddys day viewing (along with):

Darby OGill and the Little People

State of Grace

The Ugly Duchess 08-12-2012 05:27 AM

Never seen one!

I voted Yes because I adore Leprechaun Parts 1-4. However the series should have ended their Leprechaun In The Hood and Back In Tha Hood should never have been made and in my view killed the series.

I like them ,but then again I like films like Basket case,Hideous,Head of the family etc so tis more for comedic value.

Mr-X 08-13-2012 06:59 AM

have only seen the first two but no doubt i will add them all to my movie collection when there isn't anything else in the shop i feel like buying :)

Lep in da hood was chessy, but still good fun, but how can you ever go back to a serious lep movie (if there ever was one) after that? lol.

Exactly it took the piss waaaaaayyyyy to much. Leprechaun 4 In Space took the silliness as far as it could go. I guess after that the cheese was too mouldy for me to digest :)

Yes, each of these films is wonderful fun. For those who think the Lep can't be serious after Lep in the Hood. Opinions differ, but many would argue that Rob Zombie brought Jason back from Jason X.

Oops. Halloween.

I don't care for the movies but I do like the Leprechaun as a villain. They would've been a lot better had they been serious. I don't really care for comedy horror.

I liked Jason X. It was better than seeing Jason stalk around Manhatten.

You have to see it. In my view it took the silliness as far as it could go-don't expect it to make much sense but it was still fun at this point. After that the fun was drained right out of the series and into an abyss I don't think it will ever be recovered from.

Jokuc 08-17-2012 03:09 PM

wow. I feel failed.

I did not even know there was more than one of them until now haha. I have seen the first one and it was quite good. But I guess I have some more movies to put on my "must watch" list then!
