So...is this meant to be a sequel to the dawn that just came out?

it was just a sneak peek but its not a sequal to dawn and the company that owned day saw the success of dawn and 28days later and decided to make Contagium(which means the spread of a disease)

or "contagion" does, anyway...

I wish they would make some new zombie movies without Romero titles. Day of the Dead is my fav zombie flick, but I wish they would stop using there titles. I really didn't like them using the Dawn of the Dead title. The movie wasn't an exact copy so why use the exact same name?

screw this movie.all this movie is after is money.their just exploiting Romero's masterpiece even if they are just using his basic idea and the name.the name alone is bad enough.Maybe if Romero had anything to do with this movie or he was atleast getting money from it then i might go see it.thats my 2 cents.

This movie does look like it is taking a running jump onto the bandwagon.... But maybe it will be fun. They appear to be going the good route and hiring absolute nobodys as the actors.

yeah, I like that I don't know any of the actors. sometimes I think a "start" is a "star" and not the charcter in the movie.

I think the story sounds pretty cool too.

Potential plot hole i hope they at least try to explain.....

I hope they don't fuck up the series, I hate trying to ignore sequels that suck. Such as Halloween 3, u ignore it but its still their. I think its riduculous that they used Day of the Dead 2, it should continue. It went from Night, Dawn, Day. It should be like Evening of the Dead-lol

Man, I found a copy of the dvd brand new at a local music store for $5 AUD, that's what, like $2 - $2.5 for u guys right? I mean, it's just part of a "collection" of dvds called "silver screamers", but the quality is 100%, and I am SO FUCKING GLAD I came across it...

Yea this film is blatantly capitalizing off of Romeros name.. I don't know why they could just name there movie Contagium.. The official reps post over at the forums on my site and they say that becuz they bought the riights fair and square they should use them.. Personally I don't care how they got the rights.. Using the name is just a ploy to make money...

aren't most movies made for money? if I had the rights to a really cool url like "nike.com" or something, you know I'd sell it.
