Evil Neighbors

I'm have some tweeker neighbors that live in the apartment above me. 5 people, 2 dogs, all living in a one bedroom apartment. The noises are driving me nuts, its like paranormal activity here all day & night. Crashing sounds at 4 a.m. Plus they're clearly using speed.

Any stories about Evil Neighbors ?

When i was about 14 or 15 we got new neighbors who moved in next door. I used to live on a dead end street basically in the middle of nowhere and there were only about 4 houses on the road. This guy hated us and was really creeping. There were strange lights and sounds coming from his basement all night and one night i was changing in my room and looked out the window. He was standing in his backyard illuminated only by a single spotlight staring straight into my window at me.

I'm so glad i moved.

We had a nutjob neighbor when I was a kid. He talked to himself a lot (usually at the top of his lungs), but the worst part was that he kept a very filthy apartment that attracted cockroaches. If you've ever lived in an apartment you know one person's cockroach infestation soon becomes everyone's so we all had to have our homes fumigated. The problem ended when he commited suicide. Oh yeah, did I mention he was a psychologist?

I have one right now on the top floor flat of our building. He locked himself outside the building one night and decided to throw a wheelie bin at my living room window (before I got double glazing) so he could go through my flat to the stairs to his flat since he couldn't open the main door. What was worse was that this happened at 1am on a sunday night but luckily the window was replaced.

Too true if I had lamped him with a baseball bat I'd be in prison straight away there's no such thing as self-defense here.

So far I've been lucky, although it wouldn't surprise me if Dave next door had killed a man. The moustachioed, perpetually intoxicated Virginian is known affectionally as "FUCK'N DAVE!" by my friends...they met him when he happened to drop by to "deliver some cabbages he'd grown" just as I was throwing a party...he stayed for the next 5 hours or so, chatting to my friends, getting very drunk on Whiskey and buying everybody Chinese.. Oh, Dave! :D

I wouldnt necessarily qualify this as "evil" per se, but one of my neighbors has a reputation for taking in stray animals so everybody with unwanted kittens etc drops them off at his house-which wouldnt be a problem for me except they antagonize my 3 dogs

Update on my evil neighbour-he's just been raided and arrested by the police for the THIRD time since he moved in (monday night around 11pm) most people with a bit of common sense would have moved out after the second raid but no he's hanging on. Maybe him getting arrested equals some sort of street cred.
