I have no idea how it works. There are moderators and administrators on here though with banning power so it would be them doing it. That's my guess at least. Like i said, no idea. Maybe one of the veterans can explain it better.

If you're going to post a new thread, make sure to use the search feature beforehand to make sure it hasnt already been made and make sure you put it in the right place. You won't be banned for behavior like that, at least i assume you wouldnt, but it makes things difficult for the moderators. Besides that, just be respectful of everyone.

I suspect the person in question was banned for posting a link to an illegal movie downloading site. This happens a lot.
