Yes, my wife is 2 months pregnant!

We have just returned from the docs, who confirmed the pregnancy through some tests and gave her a couple shots, plus some medicines for the next 30 days to help facilitate the birth process. They say the next 2 months will be critical, and if everything goes well, a baby ___V___ will be in my arms come December!

After nearly 5 years, our prayers have finally been answered. :)

The first thought I had after posting in here was to text the news to you and the rest of my friends immediately. My cells are fast filling up with replies!

Both me and the wife can't stop smiling all through the evening. My in-laws visited us earlier and brought sweets and cakes. Tomorrow it will be a celebration at my office. :)

Yes it changes my entire life and a lot of my plans right now. I was thinking of buying a new car early next year but gotta put that on the back burner for now. Save as much as I can so that I can welcome my little ___V___ easily when he/she comes into the world.

Anya's scheduled to be admitted for Caesarean surgery on Sunday, the 11th (that's the night of the 10th for all you US based folks). After 7 full months of pregnancy bliss and smooth-sailing days, some complications arose in her 8th month. But thankfully she went through it. Not to mention the tensions and anxiety-filled days we have gone through in the past 2 weeks.

The baby is now 8 months and 1 week old. He/She is going to be a premature one, but hopefully healthy enough.

So if I disappear come Sunday, you know where I will be.
