Yes, that one also has Terry O'Quinn in it.:p

newb 04-23-2004 08:00 PM

Ahhh Terry O'Quinn, very underrated actor. Loved him in Tombstone.

fluffho 04-23-2004 08:01 PM

:D moulin rouge, starring me!!

LOL So, anyway, how many of his movies have you seen?

Sam The Egg 04-23-2004 08:09 PM

I think Phone Booth would make a good stage production

I did see the first "Step Father" I believe he was in one or two "X-files" episodes, "Silver Bullit", "Young Guns" the aforementioned "Tombstone", and I'm sure there were a few more.

Yeah, of all of his characters, I liked The Stepfather the best. Well, the sheriff role in Silver Bullet is a close second. He looked sexy as hell in the cop uniform.

Good pick Sam. I could see that. Very minimum stage set up.

Plaguewind 04-23-2004 08:18 PM

Really, great one!

Sam The Egg 04-23-2004 08:24 PM

couple other ones:
Clerks
Night Of The Living Dead

fluffho 04-23-2004 08:25 PM

I don't think singing is a prerequisite.

fluffho 04-23-2004 08:29 PM

well thats not so fun......

Sam The Egg 04-23-2004 08:30 PM

Dogma had too many locations/sets, too much switching between them and too much action. In stuff like Clerks, Phone Booth and Night Of the Living Dead, you can get around the other locations by having stuff happen off-stage or consolidating sets, but doing that with Dogma would be pretty much impossible

and no, stage production means a play.

fluffho 04-23-2004 08:31 PM

oh. a play

my cousin was helping out with a play and i helped paint sets and they were practicing in the backgroud. there were some songs and dancing and actually i wanted to shoot myself

but, i do think it would be MORE fun if it had songs

i was going to say that

Night of the Living Dead would be funny as a musical. Especially the scene in which the zombies burst into a soulful and dramatic chorus about eating brains.

newb 04-23-2004 08:40 PM

Actually, "The Exorcist" could be done on-stage. Basically just a bedroom. It would be like being at a Gallagher show.

*singing (to the tune of Behind Blue Eyes)*
You don't know what it's like
to be a zombie
moaning and lurching
And eating brains!

Rotting Eye 04-23-2004 08:47 PM

Mrs. Doubtfire.

Plaguewind 04-23-2004 08:50 PM
