New Years Resolutions?
What u doing?
I found a place to start training again that is close and no too expensive so going to start BJJ next week - if that goes well thens prolly some kick boxing too... |
lose weight omgzzz
|
I mean I have not set out anything to fanatically go with, but...
Less/no soda. Get fitter through establishing a more solid routine for any given exercise. I want to find a "hobby" or something I can do on my own, I spend a lot of time with my partner and it'd be nice to have more to talk about aside from that which is routine, so we're both trying to do this. Other than that, just stay dedicated to my work and studies...deal with the increase in hours and not lose any drive there. SAVE some money...about time I tried this. So yeah nothing to the letter as such, just guidelines for what I wanna get going on. |
There's no better way to ensure I won't stick to something than to make a New Year's resolution.
|
Grow hair longer
or Destroy Holland...don't ask. |
To follow the worst year of my life with the best year of my life!!!!
That and start the slow climb of getting out of my substantial CC and medical debt. So far right on track with both....:D |
I never really make resolutions, I just take it on day at a time, ha.
But this year I would really like to start working out again, not to lose weight but to 'tone up'. Oh, and to stop being such a worry wart over everything. |
I need to find a new vice. Mine suck...
|
Mine is to have the same resolution every year.

My main one is to work a lot harder at University. No more skipping seminars or hiding behind people in the ones I do go to because I haven't done the reading.
I wasn't too concerned about the first term of the first year because I wanted to get involved in the social life and not just be doing work all the time. I've made friends and have settled in now, so there's simply no excuse to not do the best I can and get good marks on all of my assignments. Also, I'm learning about The Manhattan Project/Los Alamos next term. I think since it's something I'm interested in, the reading won't be such a chore. I don't really want to stop smoking, and I'd hate to be so cliché. :p |
Cool to see that Cheebs list last year included animal services.....Great job again dude.
Elvis, did you make goos on the tats, if so lets see em. Did anyone actually stop smoking or continue with the gym/get into shape resolutions.... |
Thanks man.

I still drink soda, just do it a lot less frequently. More juices and nectars if I want something sweet to drink. Quote:
I've gone fully vapourisation now, so I'd call that one more a success than a fail. Quote:
But yeah, got it done within the first few months of the year. Quote:
