Kim Milford as Billy driving down the road without a shirt on in his van has always and always will stand out for me! :D

I haven't been able to find a video, and it's not a horror movie sorry.

It's from The Runaways, when they are signing a contract w/Mercury Records.

Is the Runaways out yet?

Is that meant to be Lita Ford in the red (or the drummer?)?

The Runaways is out, has been since July 20th.

Lita Ford (In Red) Is The Guitarist.

Ferox13 07-24-2010 02:15 PM

Yeah i though that migh have been the drummer.

The decapitation in A Srpski Film is one that stood out for me recently.

Whats that film like?

Is it as rough as I've heard it is?

It is totally twisted but it's not as harsh as Mordum. The slick aesthetic of it makes it more tasteful (if a film like this called be called "tasteful").

One scene really pushed it I thought because of a squirt of blood that really cemented how fucked up it was what I was witnessing.

I'd compare it to something like God's Lonely Man or the Pusher trilogy with some CAT III nastiness/depravity thrown in.

One of the years best for me so far. If it's at a festival near you definitely go. We missed out on it which is a shame because I bet the theater would've emptied out quicker than a screening of Salo with free chocolate.

I might give a watch then - I trust your opinion on any film that doesn't involve time travelling hot tubs :-)

A scene that stands out in an otherwise unremarkable film, The Quiet Earth:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GuLXSwIERMA

RainbowEyes84 08-02-2010 02:34 PM

Now I have to see The Quiet Earth! Looks amazing!

Notice the 4th knife down missing when Nancy gets back from checking the door? That scene and the one where the shadow of the guy walking through the kitchen is creeping through to the dining room. That is very chilling!

Who sings the song she's listening to by the stereo BTW? I'm digging that song!

Also, Nancy was always my fave in this movie. Caityn can't make up her mind who she wants to marry, and the JOYCE gal is too giggly.

Nancy fancied the very sexy Tom Hanks!

I cant upload a video but in every puppet master movie the scenes of jester changing expressions always stands out to me!

I love that seen in Scanners too. Heres a couple more:

1 Ed norton looking up from a prison cell at the end of Primal Fear

2 In Cache, an immigrant slashes his own throat(that really creeped me out)

3 Inside - When La Femme is standing outside looking in smoking. She bangs her fist so hard against the window it cracks. The first time I saw the flik when this happened I thought this should be interesting. I had knowing fucking clue how right I was.

The nazi soldier creatures in the dream scene from American Werewolf in London. When I first saw that film (a too young 7 or 8) that was the scene that scared me the most.
