The Doll from Night Gallery was an adaptation of the Algernon Blackwood story, which is the genisis of all evil doll stories.
There's an Asian film that has a freaky evil doll that is far scarier than Chucky... can't remember the title of the film... perhaps Roshiq can. |

I know it was already mentioned, but Talky Tina from The Twilight Zone was a great one. Not so much creepy looking, but she certainly took care of Telly Savalas in that episode.

The ventriloquist dummy from "Magic" and Sweet Cindy the doll from the TV show, "Poltergeist: the Legacy", that doll appeared in the episode, "Revelations." There is also Tiki, from the 2006 horror film of the same title.
