Well I'm still searching for someone myself.i've only been in one relationship,(all the guys here seem to be either already taken or gay) so that doesn't leave me with much,I would like to get to know someone first, and them to know me.
What would make me a good girlfriend, um....I like playing video games,listening to music(and the genre's range of what I like!) I'm a good listener, and talker....lol

Just talk to me and you'll get to know me a lot more.

I'm a good listener. I was that to my boyfriend long before I was his girlfriend, so that comes in first.

I would say most of my good girlfriend points come from being a nerd though. My town has a high population of nerdy guys, and a high population of snobby girls who only wanna date jocks and go tanning or clubbing. So the fact that I am smart, like D&D and Lovecraft and computers and comics and World of Warcraft is apparently a bonus. Even if I was only a horror movie nerd, being passionate about some kind of hobby is sexy. I am also not afraid to look like an idiot.

What is it with Americans making their kids live in the basement until they are 28, I have seen it in movies and brushed it off, but now you are coming out and saying it. It should be illegal and recognized as abduction.

And I agree, I think once the kid in the basement turns 25 they must legally be given domain over the house.

I moved out when I was 16... if you are 28 and still live with your parents you should probably just end it all.

What I would think and what she would may be totally different things...but here goes from my perspective:
I like to think it's because generally speaking I'm a good person.
I'm pretty straightforward, I always try to be moving forward with myself/life.
I am not particularly money driven, I support her in what she does with her life, I don't anger easily, I'm not an alcoholic, and more often than not I have stable work.
I'm polite and well spoken - I think this counts more and more these days, when it's less and less.
I help people, I help animals. I am not particularly religious, neither is she.
Her and I share a lot of views and interests which can't hurt, and at this point, we're past the "getting used to each other" stage full of arguments and the like, so we're pretty settled.
That and yknow, I've got a pretty decent track record with her physical needs.

I'm ambidextrous, duh. And i'm not into threesomes.
