Demonoid's been dead for fuck knows how long, and today mininova seems to have been pretty much shut down...those were my main two.
I know of isohunt but don't really like it.

Pirate bay is the best Ive found so far. Oink went down, Demonoid, all the good ones.

Because I tend to stream videos and don't download programmes often, I only really need songs. I use Limewire for that.

It can be pretty bad but as long as you check the filesize and it seems about right you tend to be fine.

I use isohunt for everything.You can find anything if you know how to search.And piracy is enviromentally friendly.

My only problem really with isohunt is that it seems allover the place - is there really NOT a way to segment it into "types" of files?

EZTV is good for tv shows, it was down but is back up.

btjunkie is good for anything, tv shows are generaly up with in a day on there.

I second Pirate Bay. You can sort by categories to find what you want fairly quickly.

If I'm downloading torrents I use pirate bay and btjunkie, but Ive only downloaded music right now...I don't do tv shows or movies, 'cause with having to download them in the middle of the night,and my computer is old anyways around 5 years old or more I think....I don't have an external hard drive, and well my dvd burner has a mind of it's own, (it doesn't work half the time) So I rent movies...mainly from the library...once I start actually earning an income I think I'm gonna try and go back to netflix. :D hopefully soon.
