What Do You Think Is The Meaning Of Life?

In my opinion, I think the meaning of life is to be as successful as you can and make your dent in the world before you die. I also think your job being alive is to preserve and help the enviorment you live in. But a lot of people are destroying the enviorment (like me unfortunately :( ).

wow.. took the words right out of my mouth.

i would hate to look back and think 'wow i didnt do didly shit with my life' which is why now i try to do all i can, whether its taking care of the backyard, learning new recipes, or helping an old lady with her groceries, just in case i die tomorrow. try to do as much as you can. life isnt about what you look like, or what you own, or any labels, its your actions. also, its not about you, but what kind of impact you have had on others. otherwise, why would you matter? u'd be like an ant who gets squashed.. no one gives a shit about you, theres 50million more. i want to do more than just consume resources.

and about the environment.. the wierd thing is, i think the only thing we are succesffuly doing in destroying the environment is destroying ourselves. we cant live without it and when were gone, the env wil be much better and will heal itself.

Allright...I would like to think I'm not that shallow so....hmmmm meaning of life...a little deep for a horrormovie forum...but lets see...keep a good sense of humour...do unto others..hmmm don't really know if that qualifies as the meaning of life...I mean if your asking why are we here...hmmmm.... oh screw it...I am that shallow.....I'm going with the BEER IS LIFE answer.

Yea I used to think like that too, until a little 16 yr old punk hit going 60 mph and sandwiched me in between two other cars now Im a damn cripple waking up in pain every day. and this kid that hit me...no injurys of coarse, so tell me how the fu@# am I supposed to enjoy life, huh?
Ive always been a good person, the kind that would give you the shirt off my back. What did I get for it? Ill tell you....nothing but pain,debt, and watching my son grow up not being able to play catch with him in the back yard.
It hurts me to just walk so in closing Ill tell you what i think is the meaning of life......

I'm one of those people who feels that life begins when you kick the bucket. Your existence will no longer limited by the physical realm. In case nobody has noticed, this world is going to hell in a handbasket. Some people are afraid of death, I'm NOT one of those people. It will be a refreshing change from all of the BS which goes down on this fucked-up planet.
