The Stones were great when they were a R&B band.

when they started buying songs off the rutles things kind of went downhill.

I prefer a lot of the 60s garage/R&B takes on Beatles tunes a bunch of them just have more balls. The Music Machine do the best version of Hey Joe aswell. Gimme the underdogs anytime the just do a better job of shredding shit out.
