Definitely The Beast from 2000 Fathoms. I believe that massive creatures of fiction will beat actual beasts of history more often than not.

I think this is really about Harryhausen vs. O' Brien. I'm going to give it to Harryhausen. Beast from 20,000 Fathoms. He learned from and surpassed the master.
