I think cigarette prices should be the least of our worries. Just start rolling them or quit. Better to have taxed something that kills you rather than something that you actually NEED. Also some people were paying $10 a pack BEFORE the tax.

Because then there would be the chance that they would die and we would be left without leaders. They're elected for the job of delegating jobs. You can't just throw away your leaders.

Ten bucks a pack before the tax increase in NYC. And I believe the minimum wage is $7.15 surprisingly. Going up to 7.25 in July.
