Apparently they don't teach counting in college

and assuming that I had the means to watch them:
Casablanca-
Surprisingly easy to watch. Movies like this usually aren't (Citizen Kane).

Pink Floyd: The Wall-
Well, if we can't bring music then this would be perfect.

Versus-
Once again, easy to watch, and it would satiate any need to see violence.

Almost Famous-
It'd be the director's cut. The characters are really likeable, so this would be great seeing as how I'm the only one on the island. Almost Famous would serve as companionship.

MST3K: The Movie-
I'd actually rather bring a box set of the TV show, but it said movies.

I wouldn't bring anything really serious or that you have to be in a certain mood to watch, which is why Taxi Driver isn't on the list. If I've only got these movies to watch then I'm picking ones I can keep watching. Something like Ran would be the worst kind of movie to bring.

Rotting Eye 02-06-2004 07:57 PM

The only movie I would have is Cast Away. Just watching that would be incentive enough to try to get the fuck off the island.

Leper Messiah 02-07-2004 08:40 AM

....

Or atleast Tom Hanks will make it easier for you to drown yourself.

Army of Darkness
Love and a .45
Natural Born Killers
Evil Dead
Cemetary Man

on a side not: Rocky Horror Picture show is crap. I'd rather eat barbed wire than watch this flaming crap heap again.

SweetDreams420 02-07-2004 10:44 PM

1. Goodfellas
2. Halloween 4
3. Sleepaway Camp
4. Dazed and Confused
5. Sixteen Candles

i know and during the scene with those things that can remove body parts u can see puppeteers. i found a site that spots alot of things like that in the movie. ther was something about the clocks being set different. did u ever notice in the begging everythjing u see in her room is some wher ein the labyrinth like the hoggle books ends and a stuffed animal of sir dydimus and the poster of how his caslte looks at the end, etc. i love the 80's u should know that byu now hell fire:D my fav song from it is as the world falls down

heres a bit of triva for u. toby is played by toby froud he was 17 months at the time. his dad did the conceptional work on the goblins for the movie an is a well known artist by the name of brian froud

hellfire1 02-11-2004 06:20 PM

with that movie, one doesn't need a website to find the mistakes ! but i don't care cause i love it ! brings back such good memories, and it shows that jennifer connelly was never dictated by hollywood... her eyebrows are solid proof of that !:D

and i did not know that one !

lol. i love the movie ever since i first saw it. and your about jennifer connelly only prob i have w/ her is when i watch it w/ my friend he allways pausesit during a close up cuz hes obsessed w/ her and it gets annoying just like the close up of liv tylers chest in LOTR2. his jaw dropped on the floor.

Sam The Egg 02-11-2004 06:25 PM

add Yojimbo to my list. Same reason as Casablanca, and damn near just as good.

hellfire1 02-11-2004 06:27 PM

tell him to watch "stealing beauty" !
he'll get a waaay better shot of liv tyler's boobs there than on any movie of lotr... she's in it for what... 25 min tops ?( all three of them additioned, and i'm sure it's not even that much )
