I haven't seen zombies, zombies, zombies yet. how's the gore in that one. Zombie strippers has alot of good gore scenes in it.

CryptKeeper13 11-29-2008 05:30 PM

Well let me put it this way there is a scene in wich (spoiler) a man gets torn limb from limb by a group of zombies and then the zombies all explode (spoiler) so yes it has some fun gore.

Love Zombie flicks

1-Zombie Flesh Eaters (aka Zombie II)
First got me into Fulchi, over the top splatter, especially the splinter ---->eyeball scene.
2-Nights Of Terror (Notte Del Terrore)
So bad it's great. Etruscan zombies, middle aged dwarf/man (Peter Bark) with an Oedipus complex a mile wide, and truly abominable acting.
3-Dellamorte Dellamore (Cemetary Man)
Very stylish zombie flick based on the Dylan Dog graphic novels.
4-Living Dead at the Manchester Morgue
70's film shot in the UK by a Spaniard. Zombies created by sonic waves used for pest control.
5-Brain Dead
Early film from Peter 'Lord of the Rings' Jackson. If you haven't seen this you're not a true zombie fan. Splatterific!!

Living Dead at the Manchester Morgue is an excellent zombie movie, I have the re-release entitled "Let Sleeping Corpses Lie"

How could I Forget?...any romero zombie flick is an utter classic.

Elvis_Christ 12-18-2008 03:31 PM

Zombie Holocaust aka Br Butcher M.D is an overlooked flick thats fuckin' killer. Especially for the classic scene involving an outboard motor :D

nicklord1 12-19-2008 02:52 AM

i thought zombie holocaust promised alot and delivered so little , besides it just feels cheap as it copies flesh eaters with location and photography

nicklord1 12-19-2008 02:53 AM

house by the cemetery is good too and for a modern film premutos

Rodus 12-19-2008 08:18 AM

Zombie Holocaust was quite fun and I agree with Nicklord1 that HBTC is a classic.
@Bloodlord, you can get Attack Girls Swim Team on Amazon. I highly recommend you check it out.

Then of course there is Fido, Shaun of the Dead, 28 Days Later, Evil Dead series and Return of the Living Dead 2.

I never saw "Bio Zombie" I'll surely have to check it out

nicklord1 01-12-2009 12:24 AM

i believe biozombie is shot in hong kong and its quite funny and entertaining , its nice to see how another culture takes on zombie movies , as the genre is choked with american and various european adaptations on the idea.

creepycrawler23 01-27-2009 11:38 AM

I dont have 5, but Dawn of the Dead (remake) is my favorite zombie movie.

BLOODLORD 02-07-2009 03:41 PM

anyone ever seen nightmare city a.k.a city of the walking dead? and can you really classify that as a zombie flick? and can you really call films like 28 days later a zombie movie being that the infected aren't killing postmortem?

stenchofdeath 02-15-2009 04:18 AM

I think i could have put 28 Days later in the list instead of Planet terror.

ZombieSalad 02-15-2009 06:36 AM

Hard to say really... But atm I have to go with

1. Zombie Flesh Eaters (Lucio Fulci) Great, great movie and the soundtrack to it makes prob more than half the movie itself.

2. Dawn of The Dead... awesome atmosphere in this one.

3. Day of the Dead ... same here, great atmosphere, scene`s in the beginning with the zombie`s coming out is one of the greatest. Both from the wall and in the city, great soundtrack!! "is anyone there!??"

4. Braindead... classic, great effects! Funny shit.

5.Return of the living dead, "not people, brains" Good stuff.

This is what camed up to me now, but like I wrote... hard to choose.
