I can hate Christmas all I want. Why?
a) Seasonal depression. Christmas is the epitomy of winter, and winter is so not cool. Unless you mean in a literal sense, then winter is very cool, and that makes it not fun for me. General rule of thumb in the wonter months is that I'd rather be in bed. b) My Dad gets crazy about finances around Christmas and take it out on me for some reason. c) Being the oldest child, when my Mom decides things need to be cleaned or baked it is my duty. No matter what other responsibilities I have at the time I have to drop everything and bake cookies that I won't ever eat because when I get upset (see A) I lose what little appetite I have in the first place and won't touch food. |
I don't hate Christmas,i'm just not in the spirit this year.The fact that i've had a pretty shitty year doesn't help.I hope you all enjoy it though!!:)

Alot of people hate christmas because of the depression but as for the cleaning and baking my wife gets crazy during the holiday season shes baking and cleaning it seems like every second i try to help but she tells me to stay away thatd help. I love christmas i dont have to do anything and i get to see my family happy (including my wife) Trust me she loves cleaning and especially baking.

I absolutely love winter. The way that when you get inside it;s all warm and snug. The music is great, the decorations are nice, the magic is in the air and people are put closer together. There are always good films out. The open fire in the corner. Television is always good, because they know more people will be inside. I could go on.
