Horror Jeopardy
Heres how it works someone will give a description of a horror movie then whoever gets it right ask the next one. if 5 people guess but cannot get it then the person who asks it gets to ask another one.
I will start woman goes to research a paper on witch burnings and is captured by a cult making her brother and boyfriend look for her |
Horror Hotel, AKA City Of The Dead. Right?
correct you may now post a question
Okay...here's one of my favorite slashers:
Five kids go camping in the Oregon hills and are chased by a killer who turns out to be a pair of inbred twins. The Final Girl saves the day while the ordeal leaves her boyfriend a whimpering mess. |
Is it Wrong Turn?
No, not wrong turn. Another hint: the killers are armed with meat cleaver/ machete things that have a sharpened edge on one side of the blade and big saw teeth on the other.
K, I haven't seen Wrong Turn or the movie I'm about to guess. The Texas CHainsaw Massacre????
Uh...not TCM.
Fuck. I suck. I have no idea. If I think of something I'll get back to you.
Oh, Oregon. Not Texas. Well shit. Heh. |
Hey, wait! You didnt post your response in the form of a question!

Another hint....the girl who played one of the victims (a redhead) also played a corpse in a Clint Eastwood cop drama, had her own crime TV series, and starred in a cult zombie movie.
And another...the guy who starred in it is a regular in Brian DePalma flicks. One more...Richard Laymon shamelessly ripped it off in his screenplay included in the anthology Screamplays. Fangoria even mentioned the similarities in its review of the book. |
What is the Hills Have Eyes?
Nope, not The Hills Have Eyes. And it WAS released theatrically.
damn I cant for the life of me figure out what it is. It sounds like a couple of different movies.
The Hills Have Eyes was in the desert of California. And I'm not sure about the movie you are talking about DR.K
Okay....it was Josh Lieberman's Just Before Dawn. How about this, another slasher.....some kids go camping (as always) in New England, are warned to go home by George Kennedy, and are chased and killed by something that appears to be a were-bear (that's fun to say). The killer has a historical history, but to give that away would be to give away the title of the movie.
is it jack the ripper
I have no idea, but I just thought it was funny that you said "Historical History"
