Are Christmas decorations going up near you yet?
 

It's not even Halloween yet, and I've noticed that some stores around here already have their Christmas decorations up.
Is anyone else seeing this so soon?:)

All the stores here are filled too. Inface the halloween stuff is 60% off and pushed off in a corner far away from everything lol.

Yep. They have advent calenders for sale already!

Yet? They've been up for a month and a half.

Are you thinking Christmas merchandise, like gifts and decorations they sell? That's been around here awhile too, but the store's own Christmas decorations...trees, wreaths, snowflakes hanging from the ceiling are going up already. That sort of thing. I wonder if October is too soon, especially when Halloween isn't even over with yet.:)

My neighbors already have their tree up and christmas lights up on their house.

I saw Christmas lights tonight while taking the wee ones trick or treating.It feels like our holiday is getting hijacked!!It pisses me off,i saw a Christmas commercial on tv while postiing this...fuckers!:p

Yea. In one section is the halloween stuff, then you look over and there's the christmas stuff. Not only that, but the commercials have been like that too. There's been more christmas commercials in the past week than halloween. Ridiculous.

My parents and I usually put up Xmas decorations the day after Thanksgivivng and the day after Halloween Thanksgiving decorations

Not gonna lie, I'm mildly excited to put up my Christmas decorations since this is the first year I have my own place...but I'll try and hold out at least until Thanksgiving's over.

Thats cute i cant wait to get my own place. I live in a crappy apartment where i cant put anything up on the walls so no pretty christmas stuff :(.

Oh that sucks...my complex doesn't care as long as we cover up any holes in the wall and fix and marks or scratches by the time we move out.

At my place we pretty much got stern warnings that we will be kicked out if the walls are ruined in anyway.

My boyfriend's old apartment in New York was like that. Some landlords just suck at life.

Yea i think this one has hatred for women my friend told me he had like 3 wives and they all left him for better men lol.

Haha...well hopefully you can find a better place when your lease is up.

Isn't there some eviction process they have to go through? Around here it can be a long process to get someone evicted, and sometimes the landlord won't be successful. Although my building will do it if someone is noisy or makes a mess of the townhouse.
They let us paint our own colors or wallpaper, as long as we undo it before we move out.

Where I'm at the guy can throw me out whenever he pleases.

well..i dont think the decorations frm last year went down at all..
do you guys remember that story i told where this huge singing
mechanical santa clause got beaten up by a customer in a crowded
post shop..
it was hot n crowded...and this santa was singing repeatedly ..
jingle bells..and this dude jumped out of the queue ...told santa to fuck the hell up..then smashed it??????????

well this year ...the post shop managers have placed the santa behind a
protective glass..!!!

I have seen so many decorations in the last couple days,its rediculous.Tis the season i suppose...:D
