Doing a little spam for my buddy Dusty.

For those of you who don't know/remember, my best friend works for Monolith as a texture artist (the company who does FEAR) and he also does side projects. He won a contest to do a couple of album covers for the band Bloodbath. Here's the first one (which I have signed:p)

Both are pretty badass. Think I like the second one more because its different than the usual metal covers.

No I haven't. I like a few bands Peaceville have put out so I'll look 'em up.

That's the full painting I did for Bloodbath's newest. If you like death metal at all, I highly recommend the new album (Oct 20th in USA is the release). It's seriously fucking brutal. And they really treated this painting good, it reads like a book and each page is zoomed in on one of the suffering Christians.

And Flayed, I already have your copy....you suck for not listening to the last one, btw. :p

I'll have to pick up a copy of this just for the artwork it contains, very good job. I'm drawn to the eyes of each one, very chilling to say the least! Oh, and I really dig the tree, especially the way it's twisted and contorted like the bodies of those suffering.

I always spend a lot of time on eyes in my stuff. I think it's the soul of the entire painting. If you fuck up the eyes, you might as well not even finish the rest.

So, it's good to know that is reflected!
