Though seriously, get into some other films than those. Those aren't that great as horror movies.

Comparable? They blow The Grudge out of the water...Well...I didn't care for Session 9. Maybe I need to re-watch it.

If you watch the original Asian versions they are. Try that out...

Try Ju-On then....much more creepy than the remake.

I recommend The Eye (Original) and Final Destination too.

That is true. But the American remakes, just aren't all that.

I agree, I guess I agree with Chan-wook Park. I think American remakes of Asian films can be great but only if they really add to it, just replacing the names and places with American names and places is lazy and leads to a very inferior film. The best recent example of a good American remake has to be The Departed... and we could have many more if there weren't so many lazy studios.
