Hello everyone,

This is Ryan from The Movie Pit. This is a website I've had in my mind for a while now, and it's now come true. The site is dedicated to all things horror, from news and reviews, to random horror blogs. We are trying to get the word out about the site, and hope you will join the fan base. I'm also looking for people interested in writing reviews and all that nonsense. So please check it out, and write me if you're interested. Till Next Time Kiddies...

no forums, but it's not supposed to....it's a one man site at the moment, and only meant to be a site for reviews, with occasional news tidbits. Not trying to be too elaborate...

Yeah...forums are a must. Plus the layout is really messy.

And for the record: It probably isn't wise to advertise your newbie horror site at a site that's been around since '94 and has a very dedicated user base.

You also cant understand basic English. I made one little typo in my post, I dont think it was that hard to figure out...and yet, even after Despare explaining it for you, you still dont get it.

I'll admit that I didn't bother to read any of your reviews, but if this is any example of your grip on the language....ouch.

hey...I admit I misread your post the first time, I do get it...this site has a devoted fan base...I've frequented this site for many years as well. And my understanding of the english language is fine.

Look, I'm not really trying to be rude, I just don't think that you're getting it. Everyone here already has a great site site for horror movie news and such, plus a great forum. Why would anyone leave here for your little newbie effort?

I think grasping the meaning of things is a different story though.

I ain't taking it as being rude...territorial. Lol. I'm not trying to pull people from this site, just promoting my fan-made site. As far as my login, I had an old one, but my e-mail got cancelled, so I can't track down the password I used. I love criticism...I do it all the time.

I read it wrong...sorry. I ain't going to defend or make excuses for my mis-reading of that post any more.

I'm sure I'm coming off as some territorial, elitist snob - there is no doubt in my mind of that. But look at it from my point of view - you look just like one of the 12 dozen spammers that come here everyday, make one post about their movie/website and leave, never to be seen again.

I looked around at your site - you do seem to be a cool guy and you seem to know your stuff. But by coming here and making a single post about your site, you come off as an absolute douchebag.

So basically what I'm saying is this: stick around and make some worthwhile contributions to our little forum - because, like I said, you seem fairly cool - or just go back to "The Movie Pit" and fuck yourself.

Don't listen to these guys all4gore......I'm ready to leave this shit hole RIGHT NOW....c'mon dude...it you and me....we don't need these naysayers anyway.

I'll write a review for you. Once I sort out the blurbs for the top 100 on here that are somewhere on one of the discs in the pile in front of my monitor.
So you guys cover minly horror or is exploitation/cult ok too?
