Scary as hell!!!!
http://blog.kavefish.com/archive/art...-sculptor.html
This guy is a hyper realist sculptor and his work is creepy-cool! |
Wow, it is just that tad creepy. I love the piece of the angel sitting on the stool.
|
Shit! This guys exhibit was in Ottawa and I totally missed it. My buddy from school went though and said that it was awesome.
|
my god that's impressive. when you don't have the objects to scale for size they look so life like. was that one near the end fat albert?
|
I've never seen anything like that. This guy is amazing. I'm curious how large that first head is, considering some of the other pieces are pretty big.
The two old woman on the pedestal is excellent. They're all excellent! |
I've never seen anything like that before , so lifelike ! The guy is one hell of a gifted artist. Thanks ~Blood Dragoness~

The detail is amazing, and there is a bit of a creepy aspect to that.
|
i've seen his work up close - in Brooklyn a few years back and also in London at the Saatchi gallery - there is one called 'dead dad' and it is this tiny little figure, apparently based on his dad, lying - he's like 2 feet long but i really thought he was going to sit up and walk out. . . truly amazing
