All these newbs start threads in here then dissapear... it's a bit freaky.. iyt's like they just get eaten up, WE need to get our best people on to this straight away...

They simply find out that this place isn't the place for them. The few intelligent and thick skinned newbies that make it through are good additions (usually) though.

A large percentage of the noobs who join are looking for chatting, online romances or attitude-slinging on the forums.

When they check it out and see that almost all parts of HDC are filled with intellectual and critical "garbage", they decide this place isnt going to fill their 3 above-mentioned expectations.

Ergo, they leave.;)

Of course, we are stuck with a few Angras...:rolleyes:

I've alwasy wondered that myself.I also wonder what happens to more of our regualr members.They post for some time then just disappear.I always wonder ij the back of my head what became of them.Did they go to prison or did they die or just get rid of the internet, or maybe they forgot the password and can't get it back?I mean like whatever happend to bloody ribcut?

Hey y'all. I've just been too busy and tired and haven't been on the net much. I think that's probably what happens to a lot of folks, especially the people that have been here a while. Or they just need to get away for a while so it's interesting to them again. JMO

I noticed something lately.There is a large amount of people who sign up but never even make one post.What's the point of going and signing up if your not even going to make at least one post.

Maybe they're somebody alter-ego (or Halloween "costume"), maybe they've decided they have nothing to contribute so they leave (yay!), or maybe they're just a bit worried that they aren't as cool as the current members.

That many people really go so fast??? Wow!! I love it here!! really do, and plan on being here as much as I can .
