AlienS vs Predator - Requiem
 

Looks like we might finally get the A vs P film that the fans actually WANT this time...I wasn't totally against the first, but I'd be lying if I said it didn't dissapoint.
Anyhow, the trailer at least has an R rating...but yknow, for the final product, as cool as that'd be, I'd settle for an M.
Dunno if they're even gonna play this one as a sequel to the last one, or start from scratch, plotwise.
Oh, and the aliens look like they did in ALIENS for the better part...my favourite.

I HATED the first one. This one looks liek it may be a bit more true to its roots. Good and violent :)

For the record....I didn't hate the first one.....but this looks KICK ASS:)

But seriously though, probably the worst title for this movie I've ever heard. Don't movie/game/book makers (etc) get bored of using 'requiem' all the fucking time?

Didn't mind the first but it definatley could've been a lot better.

This is gonna be AWESOME!!! I'm so glad they put the gore back in the series. I liked AVP okay, but R is the only way to go with these movies, as far as I'm concerned. It's just like what happened to Spawn, they want a PG 13 tag so they make it cartoon cheesy.

yeh, i hope this is good. i dont think the first one did either series justice although i did like the backstory. the trouble with doing these is they have to be careful to remember, officially, the aliens didn't exist until the film "Aliens" (apart from to the company, but i'm talking about the army and that).

Yeah the whole timeline thing is just fucked up. The comics, Aliens VS Predator I believe are set in present, or near future. Batman VS Predator is definately set in present. However the first ever Alien to be seen by humans wasn't until really far in the future (according to the Alien films).

I think they just kind of ignore that, which is fair enough as it wouldn't work very well otherwise.

Bill Paxton has to be in this one, but I bet he's not, He was in both Aliens and Predator 2, it only makes sense he should be in Alien v's Predator 2, it would definatley be good if he was.

Besides, I did like the first one. It was better than if they had of just never made it at all.

This one looks like it might be one of does sequels thats better then the original, the trailer looks impressive and promising.
