I love a good Zombie movie as much as the next dude but there really hasn't been a good one in the last little while. 28 Days Later was decent, Resident Evil sucked ass. So what are some of your favourite zombie movies?

My top five Zombie movies.

5. Redneck Zombies-Ridiculous movie but great gore.

4. Lucio Fulci's Zombie-I would love to see a sequel to this. New York over run with zombies.

3. The Return of the Living Dead-Man this movie has everything. Naked chicks, gore, comedy, drama, the kitchen sink.

2. Night of the Living Dead-The grandpa of zombie movies. Definately a classic.

1. Tie-Dawn of the Dead and Dead Alive

Peter Jackson was mentioning that he'd like to do a big budget WWII zombie flick. Hopefully when he's done with King Kong.

I agree that Dawn of the Dead and Dead Alive are tops! I also love Wild Zero and The Return of the Living Dead was pretty cool. Of course Evil Dead 2 is king but some people may consider that more of a demon flick than a zombie one.

I recentely watched "Day of The Dead" and I must say that movie was much better than I remembered it. It isn't my fav. zombie movie, but definately an honorable mention.

I know they are all to find, but they are all good movies.

why no Versus? And no, Evil Dead isn't really a zombie movie, more of a possession with zombie-like qualities movie.

Return of the Living Dead rules!

Um...yeah...that was said around 9404 times, already...but still, it stands. The films rocks!

The remake of "Night of the Living Dead" is my all-time favorite. And I really didn't like "28 Days Later" at all, while I loved "Resident Evil".

Tombs of the Bilnd Dead and all three of its sequels, all Romero stuff, Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, Zombi....oh hell, every zombie movie ever made from White Zombie on up to Plague of The Zombies all the way to 28 Days Later. Throw in a zom and a naked girl and you can't really go wrong. I even like the STV crap like Shatter Dead and the Meat Markets.

Whew...finally, someone else besides me who thought the remake of NOTLD was damn good!

For a while there, it was blasphemy to admit that...

1) night of the living dead '90 -the zombies look realistic, a rarity
2) day of the dead
3) the serpent and the rainbow
4) dawn of the dead
5) return of the living dead 2- punk fucking rock...... in a cheesy billy idol kinda way

i liked that big farmer-zombie from night of the living dead 90, the one inside the house at the beginning. even after they 'killed' him he just lay there, and you knew he was gonna pop up again and start walking around. and he was an ugly muhfuh.

Wow, no one said Cemetery Man. I'm astonished.
