Phobias and sick fetishes
 

A woman recently admitted to having some kind of fetish where she wanted her legs amputated..one was done succesfully..the other ..i think is still attatched.

this has a huge following after shaking my head for a second and trying to comprehend her state of mind..then decided to research the topic

I have a few odd fetishes, not gonna say what they are, this isn't the place for them. I have heard of people who enjoy being used as furniture. Interesting.

My phobia is the fear of heights. I hate going up a stool.

why do they have to be "sick" fetishes? I love amputations and find stumps to be very hot. Not Joking, but thinking about it does make me giggle a little.

I fetishize most things I like and am particularly drawn to items/interests that many would describe as fetishistic in nature. I'm sure this is a common view on a site like this.

another culture and as to why this should not be feared.
My only fear from this is losing the one person most precious to me
through death...so i have told him ..its not allowed..'hands on hips'

another phobia of mine is people telling me i look like barry white, and people who squint.

i feel you on the losing a loved one, i dont even want to think about it.

I have a theory that freaky fetishes are actually part of natural selection. Here I make the extreme distinction between someone who enjoys a fetish and someone who only desires a fetish. The human animal is programmed for sex for reproduction. The fact that it's pleasureable, etc. didn't enter into it until much later. The drive is there to ensure that we would take time from killing buffaloes with our bare hands and gathering berries long enough to do it and ensure the survival of the species. Someone who could only be excited by...oh, being touched by someone else's feet would not reproduce. I wonder if you went back to a time before the whole german fetish porn industry really broke in the 40's and exposed tons of people who wouldn't otherwise have thought of feet or elbows as the only appropriate spot to place...err...genitalia, if you would find that those people had some particular genetic issue that would have made them other than the perfect candidate to pass on genes. Everything else about sex from the odors of the body to what qualifies as attractive is based on that one thing, seems there must be some correlation. Besides, it's hysterical to think of some caveman only wanting a footie...lol.

I have a phobia of clowns and fireworks. The fireworks one is completely unexplained other than that it's a big loud explosion... same as lightning and thunder.

I saw that on the news a few months ago. Some lady basically thought (since she was very young) that she was supposed to have no legs and has been trying to achieve it ever since. She's a fuckin' nutjob.


I don't have any real phobias, but I do get claustraphobic when I'm on an airplane that lands and everyone all stands up before the doors open and starts getting their shit out of the overhead compartments. I fuckin' HATE that! I just wanna tell them all to sit the fuck down and ask if it's the first time they've ever flown or something. Don't they realize that after they all stand up and crowd the aisle and get their stuff, they are still gonna be standing there for another ten minutes? Everyone ends up getting off the plane within a couple minutes of each other once the doors open so what's the fuckin' rush to stand up and get your stuff right away only to stand there some more? I'll usually stay seated and wait it out (Usually with some fatass's smelly armpit in my face as they reach for their suitcase above my head.)

phobias: tight places, high places, vast, barren landscapes, crowds

fetishes: bondage, some spanking, legs, feet, bukkake, asian chicks

- Spiders, but only the ones that are real close to me..say like a metre haha.
- Drowning, been close once, really don't like to swim anymore.
- Crowds, I get all anxious and annoyed. People walk too close or won't pick there feet up while walking. Fucking idiots.

That's interesting. I would think if you almost drowned once, you'd wanna learn to swim very well so as to reduce the risk of it happening in the future.

I don't think the safe word system is good for scarfing. Personally, I'd use the three taps system.

I dont think I have any phobias just stuff that freaks me out a little bit, like broken glass not the big bits its the little tiny bits, I will be a bit uneasy about an area where glass has broken but normally I can overcome that. I use to be real scared of crowds and public speaking but now hell I was a tour guide for a bit so it doesnt bother me.

I also hate being touched. I dunno, I can hug someone, if I go for the hug, but if they do it to me, I get really pissed off, like i'll want to smack them off of me. I don't know why, I just can't stand when people touch me.

I am acctually surprised at the amount of phobias people have. Im I weird cos I dont really have any lol. I dont know maybe I have not experianced enough yet to have a fear of anything. Oh, STE: It is possible to have a fetish for a certain kind of food. A friend of mine named Matt get's really hard if he smells or tastes anything mint.
