FUCK! I ordered it and it came in the mail today, and it has... the DUMBEST dvd cover i've ever seen! Had anyone ordered this from deep discount? I got this gay ass cover, and i'm sending it back. Will deepdiscount send me a good copy? I hate this one, and refuse to even acknowledge it as dog soldiers. It looks like a home movie cgi cover and it's gay as fuck. Here's what I wanted:

Yep, it's prevented me from buying it myself. Stupidest looking cover to just about any movie ever.

And it's a shame, 'cause the original cover is badass.

Will they send me the good one if I email them about it? I just complained.

If you calmly explained the situation to them, and they have the other cover in stock, they'll send it to you.

The only problem is, it isn't DeepDiscount, it's the production company. The old cover has been discontinued and replaced with this new one, so most stores are completely out of the old one, and are forced to sell the new one.

Doubtfully, trip...my Circuit City only has the new copy, and my Best Buy doesn't even carry Dog Soldiers...

This one has 2 cgi werewolve things, that look totally stupid, TOTALLY. And there are red lazer pointers on them like people are aiming at them, and it looks like something Uwe Boll would concoct.

I ordered mine from DDD and got the cover you showed... they must have ran out.

I understand where you're coming from, but I'm not as harcore about it as you. I LOVE my original cover for Audition. Now that the new package has come out, I'll eventually order it, but I've considered keeping my original cover.

Movie posters are the same way. Original American Psycho poster=class. Theatrical release poster=shit.

Isn't the FILM what you paid for and will view, or do you just sit around for hours entranced with a tiny version of a movie poster?

I have a hundred or so DVDs and 2-3 Hundred VHS. But I wouldn't call myself a collector because I probably buy less than 10 a year. I don't buy multiple copies and could care less about the cover art.

But...if the picture quality or transfer is bad I'll return a flick instantly.

I recently bought an older (cheap) copy of Se7en. It was a flip-disc - one half of the movie on each side. This of course, was not mentioned on the box.

Fucking trash. I returned it instantly.

Yeah I know. I saw that gay ass cover too, real lame. I was lucky enough to have the old one from when it first came out. hey if anyones interested there is this really cool toy website that has The Dog soldiers Action figure on their site, it is part of SOTA Toys Now Playing Series 3. I heard that they are getting an exclusive BLOODY Grey DOG SOLDIER werewolf instock soon too!!! Its really cool looking!! And they have all sorts of other really cool horror movie toys, statues, prop replicas and stuff. I just pre ordered the Sideshow Legend Devil Premium figure, cant wait to put that next to my new Leatherface. Sideshow is the SHit, I love those guys.
